Hydrogen Water Bottle First Use: Charging, Programs and Care

The Daily Renewal Hydrogen Water Bottle has one job: fill it, pick a program, and wait for the countdown. There is no app, no pairing and no account. This guide covers first use, a simple charging habit, and how to keep the bottle in good shape.

The product page does not list cleaning steps, so for anything about washing or maintenance, follow the instructions that came in the box.

What You Get

The bottle is a portable 400 ml (13.5 fl oz) hydrogen water generator that uses SPE/PEM dual-chamber electrolysis. In the box you will find the bottle, a USB charging cable and the instructions. It has a Tritan housing and measures about 2.95 x 8.78 in (7.5 x 22.3 cm). It also carries a 1-year warranty.

Before First Use: Read and Charge

Start by reading the included instructions, especially the sections on first use and care. Then charge the bottle with the supplied cable. It has a rechargeable lithium polymer battery and charges by DC 5V USB. Plan on about 10 uses per full charge, depending on your water.

Your First Run

  1. Fill the bottle with water. Check your instructions for the type of water to use and the fill level.
  2. Choose a program on the touchscreen. You get a 5-minute program and a 10-minute program.
  3. Follow the LCD countdown. The display counts down so you always know how long is left.
  4. Sip when it finishes. When the countdown ends, the water is ready.

The 5-minute and 10-minute programs are the whole menu. If you are not sure which to start with, pick one and stick with it for a few days, then try the other.

Building the Habit

Most people keep a bottle like this when it is tied to something they already do.

Start your morning with it. Fill it while the coffee brews, start a program, and it is done by the time you sit down.

Keep it near your charger. Charge it where you charge your phone. Plan on topping it up after about 10 uses.

Fill it fresh each time. Run a new batch rather than letting a filled bottle sit for long. Check your instructions for how long hydrogen water should be kept.

Care Basics

Because the page is silent on cleaning, treat the instructions in the box as your guide for washing, drying and storage. In general, keep the charging port dry, charge with the cable that came with the bottle, and store it somewhere it will not be knocked around.

A Note on Concentration

The bottle is rated at 1,500 to 3,000 ppb (1.5 to 3 ppm) of dissolved hydrogen. Actual hydrogen concentration varies with water quality and use. Hydrogen-rich water is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
