Daily Restore Red Light Therapy Panel

Stand the panel on its base, plug it in and aim it at the area you want to focus on. Put on the included protective goggles, press RED or NIR, and use the TIME+ and TIME- buttons to set your session length. Follow the distance and session guidance in the English user manual, and start with shorter sessions while you get used to it.

The panel has five wavelengths: 630 and 660nm red light, and 810, 830 and 850nm near-infrared light. The RED and NIR buttons let you choose your light mode, and the digital display shows your timer. Check the user manual for how each mode works.

The panel has 60 LEDs rated at 5W each, which adds up to 300W of total LED power, in a 30-degree beam. We list those numbers plainly so you can compare them with any other panel.

Protective goggles come in the box. Wear them for every session, especially when the light is facing you, and don't look directly at the LEDs without eye protection. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are sensitive to light or take medication that increases light sensitivity, check with your doctor before use.

Standing, it measures about 15.2 x 9.1 inches (38.5 x 23 cm) and weighs about 11.2 lb in its shipping box. It's a compact panel that's best for the areas you want to focus on, like your face, neck, shoulders, knees and hands. If you want to cover your whole body in one position, a larger panel is the better fit.
