The Elevate is the more powerful pod: 10,720 chips vs 8,040, 149 mW/cm² vs 101, and a 1:1 red-to-near-infrared ratio that reaches deeper into muscle and connective tissue. Choose it for recovery from training or joint stiffness. The Glow Pod is weighted toward skin.
How soon will I notice results?

Can I target one area instead of my whole body?
