How soon will I notice results?

Glow Pod or Elevate: which one is right for me?
The Glow Pod uses a 4:1 red-to-near-infrared ratio at 101 mW/cm², weighted toward skin and surface recovery. The Elevate steps up to 149 mW/cm² with a 1:1 ratio for deeper muscle and joint recovery. If skin and energy are your priority, the Glow Pod is the better fit.
Can I use it on my face?
Yes. The design accommodates face-targeting as well as full-body sessions. Protect your eyes as you would with any bright light source.
Is it safe?
It's zero EMF at the surface, uses a BPA-free TPU liner, and is REACH, RoHS, CE and FCC certified. Check with your doctor first if you have epilepsy, active cancer, hyperthyroidism, eye disease, light sensitivity, or are pregnant.
