How cold does it get, and is that safe?
The chiller holds any temperature down to 37°F. Start warmer, around 50 to 60°F, and work your way down as your body adapts. Check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition or are pregnant.
Does it need a dedicated electrical circuit or plumbing?
No. It runs on a standard 120V outlet, and you fill it with a hose the same way you'd fill a pool, no plumber required.
How do you keep the water clean?
The chiller runs continuous ozone purification and filtration, so the same water stays clean for weeks between changes instead of being dumped and refilled after every use.
How long does it take to set up and get cold?
The tub inflates in about 15 minutes. Once it's filled and the chiller is running, it reaches your target temperature within a few hours, then holds it automatically.
How long should a beginner stay in?
Most people start with 1 to 3 minutes and build up from there. Listen to your body and get out if you feel numbness or excessive discomfort.
Can I use it indoors, or does it need to go outside?
