Is it safe to use PEMF and infrared heat every day?
Yes. TheraPro is built for daily use, most people run a 20 to 40 minute session once or twice a day. Each of the 9 programs has a built-in timer, so it shuts off automatically.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Many people notice looser muscles and less tension after the very first session. For chronic pain or sleep issues, consistent use over 1 to 2 weeks tends to bring the most noticeable results.
Is it safe with a pacemaker, metal implants, or during pregnancy?
PEMF therapy isn't recommended for anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, and it should be avoided during pregnancy. Check with your doctor first if you have any other medical condition.
Do I need any experience to use it?
No. Plug it in, pick a program with the remote, and lie down. Full instructions are included and there's nothing to assemble.
