What the numbers mean
Wet vs. dry halotherapy
Wet halo therapy uses an ultrasonic generator to turn a mineral salt solution into a fine mist that passes through botanical branches. Dry halo therapy sends ionized air through a Himalayan and Dead Sea salt chamber, then through organic New Zealand lavender. The capsule offers both.
Nanometers (nm)
Wavelength is measured in nanometers. 630 to 660 nm is visible red light. 810 to 850 nm is near-infrared, which you can't see but may feel as gentle warmth.

Contrast therapy: °C, °F and watts
700 W of infrared panels warm the capsule while the 2.5 kW Cryonick cooling jets blow air as cold as -20°C (-4°F). The session moves smoothly between warm and cool, without an ice bath.
Zero-gravity couch
A natural wood couch lifts your legs above your heart, a posture inspired by the neutral body position, which spreads your weight more evenly. It has 4 vibration modes.

Not a hyperbaric chamber
