How a session works
Position
Set the console on a level, solid floor, then rest your calves, thighs, glutes, abdomen or back on the rolling drum, following the included position guide.
Rollers turn
A motor turns the hardwood roller drum. Choose your speed and direction, or run an automatic program, for a rhythmic rolling massage.
Warmth builds
Built-in infrared heating adds gentle warmth alongside the rolling, and adjustable lighting sets the mood for the session.
Reverse and finish
Rotation can run in either direction. When the session ends, step off and follow the user manual for safe use.
What the numbers mean
Lymphatic massage
The lymphatic system carries excess fluid and waste away from tissue. It has no central pump, so it relies on movement, muscle contraction and breathing. Many people use rhythmic rolling massage after exercise to feel looser and lighter.
Roller speed: RPM and %
RPM means revolutions per minute, or how many times the drum turns each minute. On the Mini S and Mini SQ the drum runs up to about 53 RPM, and you set a speed level from 25% to 100%. The Mini has 4 set speeds. The Grand has adjustable speed and direction.
Infrared heat: watts, kW and °F
Watts (W) and kilowatts (kW) show how much power the heater uses, so 700W is 0.7 kW. The Mini's infrared can draw up to 1.2 kW. The Grand's infrared warms the surface up to about 113°F (45°C).
Automatic vs. manual programs
An automatic program runs a preset sequence for you. Manual mode lets you set speed and direction yourself. The Grand includes 3 automatic programs and 1 manual program.
Size and weight
Footprint is length by width. The Mini is 49.5 x 23.2 in., the Mini S and SQ are 36.8 x 18.8 in., and the Grand is 52 x 35 in. Weights run about 260 lbs for the Mini S and SQ and about 330 lbs for the Mini and Grand, so plan the delivery path and floor.
