Install the tub and external stove on a stable, suitable outdoor surface and follow the manufacturer's instructions for assembly, chimney placement, fire safety, filling, and operation. Keep the firebox and hot chimney away from combustible materials, and provide appropriate clearance and ventilation. Check the water temperature before entering and supervise children around the tub and stove. Drain and maintain the tub according to the manufacturer's care guidance.

How long does delivery take, and is shipping really free?
Yes. Orders ship free to the contiguous US. Large items such as saunas travel by LTL freight and typically arrive in 7 to 20 business days, depending on your area. The carrier contacts you after shipment to schedule a delivery date, and someone needs to be there to receive it. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or other overseas locations.
Where will the delivery driver leave it, and who sets it up?
Delivery is curbside: the driver unloads at the end of your driveway only. You are responsible for moving the freight to your install location, so line up a helper or two. Unpacking, assembly, installation and debris removal are not included. A second person to help unload is available from the carrier for an extra charge.
What should I do when it arrives?
Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves. If the crate is damaged, you can refuse the delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt. If anything is missing, note a shortage on the receipt. Take photos and report any damage or missing pieces to us within 3 business days so we can start the claim. Waiting longer can affect replacement eligibility.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the condition received, with all parts and accessories, in the original box or equivalent packaging. You need a return authorization (RMA) before sending anything back, and the return must ship within 7 days of receiving it. A 15% restocking fee applies if the product or any component shows use or damage, or is not returned in its original condition. For a change of mind, you pay return shipping, and refunds do not include shipping and handling charges. This is the manufacturer return policy, and our general store policy defers to it for this product. Contact our team before you start and we will walk you through it.
What if my product arrives defective or damaged?
Contact us right away with photos. The manufacturer will first offer replacement parts or a replacement unit, and defective products returned for a replacement solution are not charged a restocking fee.
What does the warranty cover?
Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer limited warranty, which is 180 days on ALEKO hot tubs (including this one) and runs from the delivery date. It covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product is installed as recommended, and the remedy is repair or replacement at the manufacturer option. Weather damage is not covered, coverage applies to the original buyer, and proof of purchase is required. To start a claim, contact us with photos of the product and your receipt. The specific terms for each product are published by the manufacturer, and our general warranty policy defers to them.
