Empty the condensation filter regularly. Clean the handle and nozzles with an alcohol-free disinfectant after each use, and keep the nozzle 4 to 6 in. from the skin and in motion.

How a session works
Prepare
Power on the unit and let it reach its working temperature. Nitrogen models are filled from a liquid nitrogen supply with a transfer line, insulated cryogenic gloves and a face shield. The electric model needs no nitrogen.
Set the program
Choose a face or body program, or manual mode, and select a flow level from the touchscreen.
Apply
Hold the nozzle 4 to 6 in. from the skin and keep it moving. Guide lights and a skin temperature sensor help you stay in range.
Finish
End the session, then clean the handle and nozzles with an alcohol-free disinfectant and follow the manual's drying and maintenance steps.
What the numbers mean
Localized vs. whole-body
A localized system delivers cold to one defined area through a handheld nozzle, instead of surrounding the whole body. Sessions are measured in minutes per area.
Nitrogen vs. electric
The Iceberg 25L and 50L chill with liquid nitrogen vapor, up to -160°C, for a sharp, short cold session. The Iceberg Electric uses a compressor and reaches about -30°C for a longer, sustained cooling session, with no nitrogen to buy.

Tank size: "25L" and "50L"
The "L" is liters of liquid nitrogen the built-in tank holds. Both nitrogen models use about 1 to 2 L per session, so the larger 50L tank means fewer refills.
Flow levels and programs
The nitrogen models offer four cold-flow levels, face and body programs and a manual program. A higher level means a stronger flow of cold vapor.
Distance and safety
Hold the nozzle 4 to 6 in. from the skin and keep it moving. Red guide lights, a skin temperature sensor with an overcooling alarm and, on nitrogen models, a low-tank alarm and an emergency stop help keep sessions in range. A thermal imaging handle is available as an option.
