What the numbers mean
Nanometers (nm)
Wavelength is measured in nanometers. 630 to 660 nm is visible red light. 810 to 850 nm is near-infrared, which you can't see but may feel as gentle warmth.

LEDs and lenses
The InfraCouch has 1,152 LEDs. Each holds three chips: two at 660 nm and one at 850 nm. A 30° convex lens on each LED focuses the beam for high irradiance and brightness.
Pulsed light
Pulsed light has 6 automatic settings, with sessions of up to 30 minutes. Pulsing means the light switches on and off in a pattern instead of staying constant.
Soft vibration
A gentle vibration massage runs during the session for added comfort. The couch is built to stay comfortable, so you can relax or rest during the full session.
Facial mask and color modes
On the Grand, a facial light mask (264 LEDs, 35 W, with a cooling fan) adds red, orange, green, cyan, blue, purple and yellow light plus cyclic modes.
Eye comfort and setup
Wear the protective goggles provided during every session. Place the couch on a level, stable floor with clear space around it. The InfraCouch emits no UV light.
