How a session works
Lie back
Lie down on the couch and put on the protective goggles.
Choose a program
Choose light, PEMF, massage and sound programs and set a timer from the digital controller.
Relax
Relax while the light, PEMF, vibration and sound programs run together, with the optional wet halo mist if your couch has the module.
Finish
When the timer ends, step off the couch, wipe down the surfaces and follow the user manual for care.
What the numbers mean
Nanometers (nm)
Wavelength is measured in nanometers. 630 to 660 nm is visible red light. 810 to 850 nm is near-infrared, which you can't see but may feel as gentle warmth.

LEDs and irradiance
The canopy has 64 triple-chip LEDs drawing 200 W in total. Irradiance, in mW/cm², is how much light power lands on each square centimeter of skin. This couch lists up to 160 mW/cm² with a 30° beam angle.
PEMF: Hz and µT
PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic field. 1 to 30 Hz is how many pulses arrive each second, and 20 to 220 µT (0.2 to 2.2 Gauss) is the field strength. It is a gentle, low-frequency field. For comparison, Earth's own magnetic field is about 25 to 65 µT.
Vibration massage mattress
8 to 20 vibration motors run at 20 to 60 Hz with 3 intensity levels, in sessions of 5 to 60 minutes. Optional infrared heating warms from 35°C to 55°C (95°F to 131°F).
AI sound and optional wet halo
AI-generated harmonic soundscapes from 777 to 999 Hz play through high-fidelity speakers. The optional Caracalla wet halo module makes a fine saline mist with an ultrasonic nebulizer (1 to 10 micron particles) in 20-minute sessions.
