How a session works
Step in
Step into the capsule and take hold of the loading ropes.
Set the program
Choose a program on the touchscreen. Depending on the model that can be vacuum, infrared, a combined program or, on Cryonick models, cold air.
Train
Follow the virtual trainer through low-impact movements while the capsule stays warm.
Finish
End the program, step out and rest. Wipe down the surfaces and follow the user manual for care.
What the numbers mean
Vacuum and "mBar"
Vacuum capsules (the VacuStar, InfraStar Bike and InfraStar Sole) use a pump to lower the air pressure around your lower body, measured in millibars (mBar). This model has no vacuum pump.

Infrared heat
Infrared lamps warm the body with radiant heat, much like an infrared sauna, while you keep moving. Collagen lamps and red light pads are separate, skin-focused options on select models.
Cryonick cold air
On Cryonick models, a built-in cold-air module blows cooled air into the space. It runs on electricity, so there is no nitrogen to buy, and programs can alternate between warm and cold.
