What the numbers mean, how a session works, and what to expect.
How a session works
Step in
Recline into the back-supported seat and fit a neoprene skirt around your waist to seal the capsule.
Set the program
Choose a program on the touchscreen. Depending on the model that can be vacuum, infrared, a combined program or, on Cryonick models, cold air.
Train
Pedal seated while the pump lowers the pressure and the infrared lamps warm the capsule.
Finish
End the program, step out and rest. Wipe down the surfaces and follow the user manual for care.
What the numbers mean
Vacuum and "mBar"
A pump lowers the air pressure inside the capsule, measured in millibars (mBar). This machine's pump range is 0 to 30 mBar, set from the touchscreen, and a neoprene skirt around your waist seals the capsule.

Infrared heat
Infrared lamps warm the body with radiant heat, much like an infrared sauna, while you keep moving. Collagen lamps and red light pads are separate, skin-focused options on select models.
Cryonick cold air
On Cryonick models, a built-in cold-air module blows cooled air into the space. It runs on electricity, so there is no nitrogen to buy, and programs can alternate between warm and cold.
