Covers the structural frame, motors, mechanical and electrical parts, and labor. High-wear console items and touch screens are covered for 90 days. An optional extended warranty of up to 3 years must be elected within 10 days of purchase, and claims must be reported within 10 days of discovering the issue. Contact our team to start a claim.

How a session works
Step in
Step onto the treadmill and choose a program on the console.
Set the program
Choose a program on the touchscreen. Depending on the model that can be vacuum, infrared, a combined program or, on Cryonick models, cold air.
Train
Walk or run while the infrared lamps warm you through every stride.
Finish
End the program, step out and rest. Wipe down the surfaces and follow the user manual for care.
What the numbers mean
Vacuum and "mBar"
Vacuum capsules (the VacuStar, InfraStar Bike and InfraStar Sole) use a pump to lower the air pressure around your lower body, measured in millibars (mBar). This model has no vacuum pump.
°C and °F
The InfraRunick heats with built-in infrared lamps and has no capsule temperature setting. For reference across the category:

Infrared heat
Infrared lamps warm the body with radiant heat, much like an infrared sauna, while you keep moving. Collagen lamps and red light pads are separate, skin-focused options on select models.
Cryonick cold air
On Cryonick models, a built-in cold-air module blows cooled air into the space. It runs on electricity, so there is no nitrogen to buy, and programs can alternate between warm and cold.

The Simple has a touchscreen with Bluetooth. The Grand adds a 15.6 in. Android touchscreen with WiFi, streaming apps, an aromatherapy module, collagen lamps and smartphone control. EMS belts are sold separately.
